Dover was dominate early in the match as three of its four goals came in the opening half. The Rams were led by Chance Logue, who scored back-to-back goals at the end of the first half and to open the second, before Speir struck.

Kennard-Dale goalie Jonathan Osborne kept his team in the game with 13 saves.
