Monday's softball roundup: Ashley Tolley's walk-off double completes York County Tech rally

YORK COUNTY TECH 11, YORK CATHOLIC 10 >> Ashley Tolley hit a walk-off RBI double to send the Spartans to a victory.

Just before Tolley's walk-off, Deanna Holley tied the game with her first hit of the season.

Katelyn Danczyk and Brittany Maas each went 4-for-4 to lead the Fighting Irish, who fell short of their first victory of the season.

Megan Green was the winning pitcher with two strikeouts and a walk.

DELONE CATHOLIC 7, FAIRFIELD 4 >> Shelbee Holcomb had two doubles on three hits and two RBIs to lead the Squirettes to the road victory, which clinched the Division IV title for Delone.

Katie Laughman and Mikayla McCleaf also had three hits for the Squirettes. The Green Knights' Gena Eiker had double and triple with two RBIs.

GETTYSBURG 5, DOVER 3 >> Madelyn Yannetti went 2-for-4 with an RBI and added three strikeouts from the circle for the Warriors.

Despite Nat Cutright's performance, Gettysburg denied the Division-II leading Eagles the opportunity to clinch a share of the crown. Cutright went 3-for-4 with two doubles, a home run and three RBIs.

EASTERN YORK 13, BERMUDIAN SPRINGS 9 >>The Golden Knights downed the Eagles behind the superb play of pitcher Sierra Arnold, who struck out eight batters while going 5-for-5 at the plate, hitting one double, two triples and a home run. Anna Arnsberger also homered for Eastern York.

Morgan Williams hit two triples for the Eagles.
