Gridiron guest picker of the week: Ken Rosenthal

The MLB playoffs started this week, but that didn't stop MLB on FOX reporter Ken Rosenthal from taking a shot at picking this week's YAIAA football games.

Rosenthal is famous in the sports world for his award-winning coverage, and for the bow ties he wears on air, but back in the '80s he covered York County sports for the York Daily Record. His former colleagues knew him as "Kenny," and he was part of the staff when Belinda Carlisle from the Go-Go's took part as a celebrity guest picker.

This week, Rosenthal returned to his roots and took a few minutes away from baseball to be our celebrity guest picker. He'll compete against the GameTimePA staff, which includes York Daily Record reporters and editors, in picking the winners of 13 games.

Rosenthal picked the team with the better record in most of the games, but did pick Kennard-Dale (0-5) to beat Dover (1-4) and York Catholic (4-1) to beat Littlestown (5-0).

He certainly knows a lot about baseball, but how much does he still know about high school football? We'll find out this weekend.
