Littlestown got off to a hot start, and led the Panthers by six at the end of the first quarter. But SV used a double-digit run in the second quarter to take the lead for good.

Spring Grove fell behind early against Milton Hershey and never recovered. The Spartans earned the Class 5A third seed with the 87-76 win.
