West York baseball falls 2-0 in PIAA Class 4A quarterfinal
After posting a 10-10 regular-season record, the West York Bulldogs enjoyed a postseason run cut short by Dallas in the PIAA Class 4A quarterfinal.

The West York baseball team saw its season come to a close Thursday in the quarterfinals of the PIAA Class 4A tournament after a 2-0 loss to Dallas at Walter J. Stump Stadium in Pine Grove.
The District 2 champs scored runs in the second and fifth innings off Bulldog pitcher Justin Wetzel.
Dallas scored a run in the second inning on a sacrifice fly after a single and pair of walks loaded the bases. Their fifth inning run came on an infield single.
West York, the District 3 third-place finishers, left eight runners on base, including leaving the bases loaded in the bottom of the sixth inning.
West York's season comes to a close with a 14-12 record.
