Hempfield softball coach Brian Lohr released Thursday night that he has submitted his letter of resignation to athletic direction Steve Polonus after a four-year stint as the Knights head coach.
Under Lohr, Hempfield went 72-19 while racking up a Section One title and two L-L League championships.
