The Falcons wasted no time putting themselves at a distance from their opponent in the opening round of the York Suburban holiday tournament outscoring the Mustangs 19-3 in the opening quarter. Cedar Crest also was pretty spot on from beyond the arc with eight 3-pointers. The Falcons also outscored the Mustangs 15-12 in the final quarter to close out the game and will now meet the hosts in Thursday night's 7:30 p.m. championship game.

Ariel Jones and Alyssa Austin led the Falcons with 18 (game high) and 15 points, respectively. Jones and Austin also accounted for five of the eight Lady Falcons 3-pointers, two by Jones and three by Austin. Both girls were also perfect from the charity stripe, with Jones 4-of-4, and Austin 2-of-2.

In the consolation game of the Pine Grove Holiday Tournament, the Raiders fell into an early 9-3 hole after the first, but outscored the Lady Bears 14-4 in the second. Elco however, was outscored 10-5 in the final quarter. The Raiders also struggled from the charity stripe, finishing 5-of-12. Taylor Bossert led the Raiders with a game-high 13 points.
