The Chambersburg boys tennis team fell in its home opener to Mid Penn Commonwealth Division foe Mifflin County, 5-0.

The Huskies bombarded Chambersburg (0-2) in singles, claiming all three singles matches by 6-0, 6-0 decisions.

Christian Madrigal and Leshan Wilkinson put up a fight in No. 2 doubles, scoring Chambersburg's only points of the match in a pair of 6-1 losses.

Mercersburg Academy's John Clemons sparked a 9-4 non-league win over Bullis with a dominant performance at the plate. Clemons went 3-for-4 with four RBIs and was walked once. He also had three stolen bases.

Mercersburg (3-3) racked up 10 hits, and drew 10 walks. The Blue Storm also had six fielding errors and left 12 men on base.
