SETH CARBAUGH, James Buchanan wrestling: Carbaugh was one of just two victors for the Rockets against Waynesboro. At 195 pounds, he earned a major decision, 9-1, over Seth Egolf.

COLE FORRESTER, Shippensburg wrestling: Now ranked 18th in the state in Class AAA, Forrester defeated Big Spring's Blake Barrick, 3-2, and had a pin in a match against Boiling Springs at 195 pounds.

GRAYSON HALL, Forbes Road boys basketball: Hall put up a career-high 16 points in the Cardinals' loss in overtime to Tussey Mountain. He added five points versus Southern Fulton.

SHADAI JOYNER, Chambersburg girls basketball: Despite a pair of losses for the Trojans, Joyner had a fine week. She scored four points against Mifflin County before notching a career-high 15 points versus State College. She hit a trio of 3-pointers against the Little Lions.

BYSHAWN MINCIE, Chambersburg boys basketball: Mincie hit a last-second 3-pointer to lift the Trojans over State College, 52-50. He scored 19 points in the victory.

KARA NEWELL, Shippensburg girls basketball: Newell led the Lady Hounds in a comeback victory over James Buchanan. She scored 15 points in the final quarter en route to a career-high 25.

CHASE NOVAK, McConnellsburg boys basketball: Novak produced a season-high 23 points in a defeat of Chestnut Ridge. He also racked up 17 points, five assists and two steals in a 53-43 win over Everett.

CARL POTTER, Southern Fulton boys basketball: In a dominating victory over Northern Bedford, Potter scored 12 points and dished out seven assists. He added four assists in a win against Forbes Road.

MINA WILT, Forbes Road girls basketball: The Cardinals went 1-1 this week, thanks in large part to Wilt. She scored 12 points in a loss to Southern Fulton before racking up 15 points in a defeat of Chestnut Ridge.

LUCAS WINGERT, Fannett-Metal boys basketball: Wingert pocketed a career-high 23 points in a win over Southern Huntingdon. He has scored in double figures in seven of the Tigers' last eight games.
