GIRLS VOLLEYBALL: Tuesday's roundup, Chambersburg downs Red Land, 3-0

LEWISBERRY >> Chambersburg's girls volleyball team got better as Tuesday night went on, and it led to a dominating 3-0 win over Mid Penn Commonwealth Division foe Red Land.

The Trojans (4-0, 3-0 MPC) jumped out to a 25-15 win in the first set and followed with a 25-17 and 25-14 win to close things out.

"I thought as a group we improved as the match went on," Chambersburg coach Ty Frelin said. "We served tough tonight and used a lot of short serves to frustrate them and keep them out of their system."

"Our timing is getting better, but all-in-all I thought we came around and played better as a group," Frelin said.
