Game data: Shippensburg Greyhounds at Greencastle-Antrim Blue Devils ... Friday, 7 p.m. at Kaley Field ... Mid Penn Colonial Division game.

Teams: The Greyhounds (6-0, 3-0 MPC) are the lone undefeated team left in Franklin County, with their most recent coming in a 35-30 victory over Mifflin County ... Greencastle (1-5, 1-2 MPC) has lost two straight and is coming off a 49-21 defeat at the hands of Big Spring.

Notes: The struggling Blue Devils won't have an easy time with Shippensburg's well-balanced team.

Ship remains undefeated and is just one of four teams in District 3 left with that designation. The Greyhounds are currently ranked No. 1 in Class 4A in District 3. Shippensburg quarterback Carter Van Scyoc just surpassed 1,000 passing yards for the season, and he was helped along by Cody Gustafson's stellar performance in Week 6. Gustafson is easily the area's best receiver with 40 catches totaling 741 yards and eight touchdowns.

The Blue Devils do boast one of the top running backs in the area. Demetrius Burton has gained 475 yards in just five games, and he's also tied as the team's leading scorer with QB Cade McDowell. Both have scored four touchdowns. Caleb Schaeffer is coming off one of his best performances of the year. He finished with 53 yards on eight carries in the Blue Devils' loss to Big Spring.

Teams: Big Spring (5-1, 3-0 MPC) is tied for the top spot in the Colonial Division after winning five straight ... Waynesboro (3-3, 2-1 MPC) is coming off its biggest win of the season and has won two straight.

Notes: Waynesboro could help itself a lot with a victory over the soaring Bulldogs this week.

Big Spring has an impressive rushing game, as junior Ryan Adams is already tracking down 1,000 yards on the season. Through six games, he has rushed for 954 yards on 102 carries to go along with 13 touchdowns. Mobile quarterback Jaret Petty also accounts for 429 rushing yards in addition to his 627 yards through the air.

Coming off a 63-13 win, Waynesboro will look to keep the momentum going at home. One of the Indians' biggest strengths this year has been their defense. Forrest Rhyne leads the team with 64 total tackles, including 45 solo, and junior Jimi Hoffman has contributed 42 tackles. Offensively, Brady Beckner leads Franklin County with 745 rushing yards.

P.O. pick: Big Spring by 10.
