Malea Truax scored in the first half for the Cardinals (5-0, 3-0 KL), and Kiersten Cline and Lillie Wilt posted second-half goals. Lydia Chagoya and Cline earned assists.

FR coach Carol Cline said, "We had plenty of action in the circle, but we missed the cage too much on the shots. We needed to make one more pass so we had a sure opening rather than just shooting."
