BOYS VOLLEYBALL: Chambersburg rolls past Central Dauphin East


COLONIAL PARK >> Chambersburg's boys volleyball team took care of business on Tuesday night, sweeping Mid Penn Commonwealth Division foe Central Dauphin East.

The Trojans (5-7, 4-5 MPC) cruised in each set, winning 25-11, 25-14 and 25-18.

"I thought we played to our potential for most of the match," Chambersburg coach Marta Cummings said. "It's nice to get back-to-back wins heading into Thursday's match (at home vs. Cumberland Valley)."

Brady Picking led the Trojans with nine kills, and Jayson Sollenberger had 21 assists. Billy Russo had 16 service points, and Evan Hoke notched eight digs.
