Northeastern vs. William Penn in boys’ basketball: if and when these two teams meet, how would you see it playing out?

Both clubs have had outstanding seasons, with Northeastern holding a perfect 14-0 record and William Penn standing at 13-3 on the year. Our recent power rankings had the two teams at the top of the YAIAA, with the Bobcats holding the top spot primarily due to their current flawless mark.

Both also entered the season with high expectations. For the Bearcats, it was the promise of returning five starters from last season’s team, along with the additions of Jahaire Wilson and C.J. Boxley.

It was a similar forecast for Northeastern, which brought back a core of players that averaged more than 51 points per game a season ago. Three of which were starters who averaged double-digit marks in 2013-14.

Each club has taken care of business and seem to be on a collision course. The question then becomes, how would things play out from there?
