'Habitat Hoopsters' game slated for March 25 at York College


Several YAIAA alumni will participate later this month at York College in a basketball game to benefit York's Habitat for Humanity.

The "Habitat Hoopsters" will play the Harlem Ambassadors on March 25 at the York College's Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Players for the game include: Spring Grove's James Brooks, Central York's Brad Zerfing, West York's Parish Petry, Dallastown's Brad Markey, Dover's Mike Shue Dover, York Suburban's Jessica Barley York Suburban and York Catholic's Ryan Luckman. York Mayor Kim Bracey and county commissioners Steve Chronister and Chris Reilly also plan to participate.

Coaches will include former York Suburban boys' coach Tom Triggs, William Penn assistant and graduate Clovis Gallon and Eastern York's Jon Raab.
