Archbishop Wood TE Colin Thompson up to 10 D-1 offers

As one of the nations top tight end prospects, Colin Thompson is hearing from schools all across the country in attempts for him to take his talents to their school.  Some of his offers come from Florida, Michigan State, and Wisconsin.


Southern Lehigh girls take the crown

The Southern Lehigh girls basketball team defeated Northern Lehigh 42-33 to win their first league title since 2005.


Rams win first district home game in school history

The Pennridge boys basketball team rolled past West Chester Henderson to move one win away from the state tournament.  The Rams won 74-54, giving them their first district home win in school history.


Saucon Valley High School defeats Salisbury for Colonial League Championship

Eric Frans and John Clark combined for to lead Saucon Valley to a 65-52 victory over Salisbury to win the Colonial League Championship.


North Allegheny girls drop Hempfield in playoff opener

North Allegheny improved to 20-3 by defeating Hempfield in the WPIAL Class AAAA first-round game 66-50 Friday night.   The Tigers were led by senior Kelly Brennan's 25 points.


Recruiting Notes: Pennsbury OL J.J. Denman

Junior offensive lineman J.J. Denman has been getting a barrage of letters from college football coaches across the country offering him scholarship to come play at their school.  The 6'6 310-pound tackle now has 13 D-1 offers.
