A quick look at Cocalico's summer workout

I stopped by Cocalico High School this morning and was impressed by their summer workout program. Over 60 athletes from around the sport spectrum were involved in drills with trainers that started at 7am and lasted until roughly 9am.

The Eagles weight room was also open to players until 10am. Looks like a pretty impressive start to the summer in Cocalico.
