What to know about the District 3 playoffs for the Hanover-Adams area
The next two weeks will be full of District 3 competition for qualifying teams from the Hanover-Adams area. Here's is a breakdown of what teams qualified and where they will compete:
Baseball
Class AAA: Spring Grove earned the No. 4 seed and will host No. 13 Bishop McDevitt in Monday's first round. See the full bracket here.
Class AA: Delone Catholic earned the No. 4 seed and will host conference rival No. 5 York Catholic in next Thursday's quarterfinals. The Squires and Fighting Irish split during the regular season. See the full bracket here.
Softball
Class AAA: Littlestown earned the No. 7 seed and will host No. 10 Big Spring in Tuesday's first round. No. 13 Spring Grove will visit No. 4 Conrad Weiser on the same day.
Class AA: Delone Catholic earned the No. 1 seed and a first-round bye. No. 9 Fairfield will visit No. 8 Upper Dauphin in Tuesday's first round. The winner plays at Delone Catholic in next Thursday's quarterfinals.

Class AA: Spring Grove earned the No. 6 seed and will face No. 3 Lancaster Mennonite in Monday's quarterfinals. The site for that game will be determined after today's opening round games. See the full bracket here.
