Koehler making a splash at Elizabethtown

Elizabethtown College freshman swimmer Kieran Koehler (South Western) is making quite a splash in his first season of collegiate swimming.

On the season Koehler has swam in the 50 free, 100 breast, 200 breast, and 200 IM, on the relay side, he has swam in the 200 free, 200 medley and 400 medley.

Koehler holds top times in the 100 breast and 200 breast as well as being part of the top relay time in all three relays he swims.

Currently the Blue Jays are 2-10, but as they head into the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships on Feb 14/15, Koehler has eight individual wins under his belt including five wins in the 100 breaststroke.

He picked up his second win in the 200 breast this past weekend with a time of 2:27.68.
