Berks Catholic upended the top-seeded Crusaders, 7-5, 6-3, on Saturday morning. Meanwhile, eventual champion Wyomissing defeated Delone Catholic 6-2, 6-0. The unexpected losses placed the top ranked teams in the third-place match with only one remaining spot available in the PIAA doubles tournament.

Wyomissing defeated Berks Catholic, 6-2, 6-4, to win the Class 2A title.

In the District 3 Class 3A doubles tournament, Manheim Township defeated Exeter, 6-2, 7-5, to win the crown.
