PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Luke Braswell, Northeastern, jr., S:The center of the PIAA Class AA championship winning Bobcats, Luke Braswell laid up a remarkable 1,282 balls for smashing this season, also contributing 91 kills and 39 aces.
A first-team District 3 Class AA setter, Braswell still has another season to build his resume for college, where he wants to play Division I volleyball.

Stephen Braswell, Northeastern: When his little brother Luke was serving it up, Stephen Braswell was most likely to be bringing it down. The senior opposite hitter slammed home 498 kills and 62 aces on the way to becoming a District 3 Class AA first-team selection.
Nate Ellis, Kennard-Dale, sr., OH: Ellis led his team in kills, blocks and aces, helping his team to a 7-4 record, the best in the program's four-year history. Ellis is heading to Stevenson College to continue his volleyball career.
Jacob Kauffman, York Suburban, jr., OH: With more volleyball left to play at York Suburban, Kauffman has already proven himself to be a standout. That couldn't have been more true in the District 3 Class AA first-round game against Kennard-Dale, when he recorded 23 kills, 18 digs and a block. His performance helped earn him a District 3 Class AA first-team nod.
Dylan Hose, Central York, jr., S: As the setter of a 5-1 offense, nearly every play flowed through Hose this season. The junior finished with 843 assists while also contributing 45 kills, 46 blocks, 33 aces and 72 digs during the regular season. He also was named to the District 3 Class AAA boys' volleyball all-star team.
Royce Clemens, Central York, jr., OH: During the regular season, the two-year starter drove home 315 kills and 17 aces, also starring on defense with 28 blocks and 155 digs. Clemens was also named a District 3 Class AAA boys' volleyball first-team all-star.
Reese Devilbiss, Northeastern: Only a freshman, Devilbiss drew a lot of attention this year with 421 kills and 79 aces. He also was the last Bobcat to touch the ball this season, swinging away at the PIAA Class AA championship winner against Ambridge. Devilbiss was selected to the District 3 Class AA first team.
Dylan Tessier, Kennard-Dale, sr., OH: In an offensive position, Tessier wasn't afraid to get low on defense as well, leading his team in digs. He will attend Culver Stockton College in Missouri, continuing his volleyball career.

COACH OF THE YEAR
Jim Keirn, Kennard-Dale: In Keirn's first four years coaching at Kennard-Dale, the team won five total games. In the 2013 season, the Rams more than doubled that, going 7-4 in the YAIAA to tie for fourth place with York Suburban and qualify for the District 3 Class AA tournament as an eight seed. They ultimately lost in five games to the Trojans.
Practicing patience, Keirn brought the program from the depths of the division while also producing two of its best players. For the first time in the school's short history playing the sport, it had two first-team all-stars, Nate Ellis and Dylan Tessier.
