Shay Mathison scored 13 points and 12 different Bobcats got into the scoring column as the Northeastern girls' basketball team defeated visiting Columbia, 62-42, on Monday afternoon.
The Bobcats broke the game open with a 23-5 run in the second quarter and led 39-16 at halftime.
Jordyn Kloster added 10 points for Northeastern and Ashley Meyer scored eight points.
For Columbia, Megan Seibert led the way with 15 points and Jenna Plastino had 14.
