Jake Myers posted 35 points and Corbin Willard added 31 as Red Lion Christian rode a strong second half to beat Grace Bible Baptist, 95-82, on Tuesday night in the Swordsmen's season opener.

Leading by just one at halftime, 41-40, Red Lion Christian outscored Grace Bible Baptist, 25-12, in the third quarter. For the game, the Swordsmen shot 19-of-27 on free throws, compared to just 8-of-20 for Grace Bible Baptist.

Cory Marshall scored 39, including five three-pointers, in the loss.

Swordsmen to a blowout victory, scoring as many points herself as the entire Towle Institute team.

Red Lion Christian led, 9-8, after the first quarter, but the game was all but over by halftime as the Lady Swordsmen outscored Towle Institute, 14-0, in the second quarter.
