Tuesday's roundup: Girls' soccer

Dallastown girls' soccer coach Barry Barbush earned his 100th career victory in the Wildcats' 11-0 rout of New Oxford on Tuesday.

Brittany Hessler scored two of her three goals in the first four minutes and was one of eight players to record a goal. Alaina Curry had two goals and an assist. Meagan Newmister and Brittany Gurreri each added a goal and an assist. Kelsi Druck contributed two assists.

New Oxford goalkeepers Meagan Carver and Nicole Ayers had a combined 13 saves.

Kathleen Johnson led the Irish with three goals while Elizabeth Johnson, who tallied the first goal of the second half, finished with two goals and two assists.

Anna Mucci, Megan Bresnahan and Andrea Hess added goals for the winners.

Payton Hauck to put the Bobcats on the scoreboard a minute into the game. Logan Neiman scored twice in the first half for Northeastern. Coryn Moyer added the Bobcats' fourth goal of the half.

Bermudian Springs 5, Hanover 1: Olivia Spahr and Taylor Mayers each scored two goals to lead the Eagles.

Spahr scored both of her goals as the Eagles took a 3-0 halftime edge. Mayers scored in each half to join Haley Spangler as a goal scorer for Bermudian Springs.

Hanover drew within 3-1 on Berenice Aguilar's goal, but a penalty-kick attempt hit the cross bar, after which the Eagles scored their remaining two goals.

Susquehannock and Eastern York were scoreless through 70 minutes of play until Cassidy Mummert struck for the Warriors with 9:17 left. Wilson converted a penalty kick at with 6:42 remaining to push the lead to 2-0, the final margin.
