Northeastern faced Manheim Central about this time a year ago. The biggest difference was it came in a District 3 Class AA boys' volleyball consolation match and not the championship, which they will play for Friday at Dallastown.

Kennard-Dale senior Teanna Webb went into Tuesday's District 3 Class AAA softball game knowing it could be her last.
In a first-round game against Shippensburg, Webb dominated the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with a shocking seven RBIs, and scored three runs. She single-handedly beat the Lady Hounds, and Kennard-Dale went on to win 14-4.
