More than a dozen GameTimePA track and field athletes have a final chance to win a gold medal this season.

PIAA Track and Field championships will be held at Shippensburg University beginning at 9 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Tickets must be purchased online, and can be bought at this link: https://www.piaa.org/sports/tickets.aspx?sport=track

Here is a look at the athletes from Adams, Franklin, Lebanon and York counties who have qualified for the state meet. They are listed alphabetically by county, with events and position on the performance list.

Jacob Ogle, Fairfield, Class 2A: No. 17 in the high jump at 6-1.

Aaron Weigle, Bermudian Springs, Class 3A: No. 8 in the discus at 157-5.

Girls

Relays: Littlestown qualified 21st in the Class 2A 4x100 in 50.74.

Lily Carlson, Bermudian Springs, Class 2A: No. 2 in the pole vault at 12-0, same height as No. 1 Adeline Woodward of Trinity.

Ava Deming, Fairfield, Class 2A: No. 5 in the 400 meters at 59.29.

Maya Richwine, New Oxford, Class 3A: No. 16 in the 100 hurdles at 15.19.
