Saturday's boys' soccer roundup: Kennard-Dale seizes its chances to beat Dover

KENNARD-DALE 2, DOVER 1 >> Dover controlled much of the possession, but Kennard-Dale took advantage of a few opportunities and capitalized on Eagle mistakes to earn the win.

Nicholas Mikolinis scored on a rebound from the Dover goalkeeper with just under two minutes remaining in the first half to tie the score. And Chance Logue iced the game with a late breakaway goal after a misplayed clearance.

Rams keeper Jonathan Osborne turned Dover away on multiple chances inside the box to preserve the win, posting 12 saves.

EAGLES WIN BLUE DEVIL TOURNAMENT >> Behind a stellar performance from Samuel Johnson, Bermudian Springs won two games Saturday to win the Greencastle tournament. The Eagles shut out Shippensburg, 2-0, behind goals from Jacob Halfman and Johnny King. In the final game, the Eagles rallied for a 3-2 victory against the hosts behind Johnson's hat trick. Johnson finished the day with three goals and an assist.
