The Central York Panthers are District 3 Class AAA boys' volleyball champions once again, completing the feat in thrilling comeback fashion Friday night at Dallastown High School.

Trailing Penn Manor 2-0 in Friday's title match, the Panthers battled back for the 3-2 championship victory (23-25, 13-25, 35-33, 25-13, 15-9).

Central York, the defending Class AAA state champions, will now take the court in next week's PIAA tournament.

Another defending state champ - the Northeastern Bobcats - captured the District 3 Class AA crown on Friday night.

The Bobcats swept Lancaster Mennonite 25-17, 25-18, 25-17 in Friday's title match at Dallastown High School. Like Central, Northeastern will now take the court in next week's PIAA tournament.
