Girls' basketball: York Catholic tops Dover

York Catholic 52, Dover 23: York Catholic used a balanced offense to defeat Dover, 52-23, in girls' basketball action Tuesday. 

Jania Wright and Emily Laslo each scored 10 points to lead the Fighting Irish to the home win.

Kate Bauhof and Kiersten Reed each added seven points.

The Irish jumped out to a 13-5 lead after the first quarter, and they held Dover to a combined 18 points in the final three quarters.
