Roundup: Central York holds off South Western


The Central York girls' basketball team took a 13-point lead after the first quarter and held off South Western's second-half charge to earn a 44-39 victory in Tuesday's YAIAA Division I girls' basketball action.  Emma Saxton and Lydia Shellenberger scored 10 points apiece to pace Central York.

South Western's Jacey Shipley put up a 12-point fourth quarter, but the comeback fell short. Shipley ended with night with a game-high 16 points.
