Girls' basketball roundup: Spring Grove rallies


Spring Grove rallied from a 13-point fourth-quarter deficit to edge Dallastown, 48-44, on the road. Missy Katz (12 points) and Abbie Marquette (11) led the Spring Grove offense.

The Rockets sank 12-of-16 fourth-quarter free throws to complete the comeback. The Rockets outscored Dallastown, 23-6, in the fourth quarter.

The Wildcats' Samantha Miller scored a game-high 19 points.

Bermudian Springs 27, Hanover 25: For the second straight night, Bermudian Springs held on for a closely-contested division victory. A day after beating Littlestown in overtime, the Eagles pulled out a two-point victory at Hanover. A layup by Allie Wolf with more than a minute left proved to be the difference in the game.

Bermudian Springs senior Gabby Emeigh led all scorers with eight points. Lexi Daley led Hanover with seven points.
