One of the best athletes in YAIAA history will see if her talent can extend to picking the winners of this week's football games.

Chantel Tremitiere, a William Penn basketball star in the '80s who went on to start at Auburn, will compete against the members of the GameTimePA staff in picking the winners of the YAIAA football games this week.

Tremitiere's long list of athletic accomplishments include playing in three NCAA Final Fours and playing four years in the WNBA. During a game of one-on-one, he also once dribbled through the legs of Frank Bodani, who is the York Daily Record's Penn State football beat reporter.

Since her basketball career ended, Tremitiere appeared in the 2002 Disney basketball movie "Double Teamed" and founded a video and graphic production company called BLANK MiNDZ. She currently lives in Auburn, where she recently earned her MBA.

This week, she'll try to boost the GameTimePA guest picker contingent, which has dropped to last place at 46-27 on the season.

Her big pick of the week? William Penn to beat Dallastown.

"It wouldn't matter if York High was playing the Patriots this weekend," she said. "I STILL believe they pull the upset of the week."
