Wednesday's girls' field hockey roundup: Bermudian Springs clinches Division III title

Bermudian Springs clinched the YAIAA Division III field hockey title with a 5-1 home win against Littlestown Wednesday.

Bermudian's Mackenzie Farley again led the way with two goals and an assist. Kaitlyn McCollum added two goals.

CENTRAL YORK 2, NEW OXFORD 1 >> Greta Plappert's goal with 1:01 remaining in regulation lifted the Panthers to a victory over the Colonials, just two days after the Colonials beat Dallastown to take over the Division I lead.

The victory moves the Panthers to 8-3 in the division while the loss drops the Colonials to 9-2. Dallastown regains first place with its 9-1 record.
