Dallastown finished with 10 points to finish second behind Lower Merion's 12 points. State College and Wyoming Seminary were third and fourth, respectively.

Dallastown's Holden Koons defeated Lower Merion's Sean Attebery 6-2, 3-6, 7-6 (11-9) in the No. 1 singles final after topping Wyoming Seminary's Eamon Gibbons 6-0, 6-1 in the semi.
