Boys' basketball roundup: Wagner scores 21


Central York's Jared Wagner scored 12 of his game-high 21 points in the second half to lift the Panthers to a 55-47 victory against Dallastown in boys' basketball action Tuesday night.

Central led, 25-20, at halftime, but the Wildcats rallied to tie the score, 36-36, at the end of the third quarter.

Wagner and company jumped ahead early in the fourth then held on, hitting 8-of-11 free throws down the stretch to preserve the victory.

Dallastown's Donovan Catchings and Brandon McGlynn each scored 11 points.
