Red Lion Christian captures two titles

Boys’
Red Lion Christian 63, TEACH 60: The Swordsmen survived a late rally by TEACH to get the championship win at home.
Tate Pendell paced the Red Lion Christian offense with 21 points. Zach Fahs added 16, and John Keenan had a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds for the host team.
The visitors were led by Seth Gattuso, who poured in 28 points, and he was also named the tournament MVP.
Pendell and Keenan were both named to the all-tournament team.

Destiny Hollingshead canned 20 points for Red Lion Christian and was named the tournament MVP.
Tabitha Garner chipped in with 12 points for the hosts, and Liz Baker snatched 10 rebounds. Baker, along with Hollingshead, was named to the all-tournament team.

CCAC Championship
Harrisburg Christian 31, Christian School of York 30: The Crusaders could never quite close the gap as they trailed by one at the end of each of the final three quarters in the championship at Lancaster Mennonite.
Hunter Chambers caused problems for Christian School of York’s defense, scoring 19 points.
The Crusaders were led by Bailey Stauffer with 11 points.
