Only a few YAIAA teams were able to compete amid Monday's to wet, rainy conditions.

Susquehannock pitcher Maddy Staub struck out five and smacked a triple as the Warriors improved to 4-0 after a 7-2 win against Delone Catholic. The Warriors have made a statement in the first full week of the season, knocking off the Squirettes, Kennard-Dale and YAIAA Division I power Dallastown. Staub has been a major part of that, winning her three starts.

In baseball, Susquehannock's Connor Hood went 2-for-4 with a triple and three RBIs, leading the Warriors to a 15-8 win against Delone Catholic.
