Funck in second round of consolations at FLONationals

INDIANA, Pa – Coming off his fourth place finish in the PIAA Class AA Tournament two weeks ago, Northern Lebanon’s Luke Funck qualified as the 14th seed at 182 in the FLONational Tournament in Indiana, PA. After day one, the Vikings’ junior wrestler finds himself in round two of the consolations of 16 at 182 after going 1-1 on the day.

Funck started the day with a quick win by fall in 0:59 over Trevor Neilsen in the round of 32, moving him on to the round of 16. Funck then dropped his next match with Antonio Agee by fall in 3:50.

With the loss, Funck moves down to the consolation bracket into the second round of the consolation of 16, where he will face Kyle Davis Friday.
