GIRLS' SOCCER ROUNDUP: A-C's Reagan Hess spoils Northern Lebanon Senior Night


Annville-Cleona junior Reagan Hess simultaneously polished off a hat trick and a victory Wednesday in the 89th minute at Northern Lebanon, guiding the Little Dutchmen to 4-3 road win. The Vikings had led 3-1 at halftime of their Senior Night until Hess netted two goals sandwiched around a Jo Myers score at 69:07. Kaitlyn Tshudy scored twice and Liz Voight added another for Northern Lebanon, all within the first 14 minutes of play.

Annville-Cleona now advances to the Lancaster-Lebanon League playoffs, while the Vikings finished at 6-11 for the season.

COCALICO 5, LEBANON 0>> The Cedars were shut out at home thanks to three first-half goals from the Eagles, who added two more within the first 15 minutes after intermission. Vanessa Valentin made 16 stops, while Lebanon (0-16-1, 0-14 Section Two) was limited to only three shots.

LANCASTER MENNONITE 4, LEBANON CATHOLIC 0>> The Beavers trailed only 1-0 at the break, but couldn't slow the Blazers post-intermission when Maia Garber completed a hat trick and Katie Ashley scored in the 78th minute. Lebanon Catholic goalie Allie Warren recorded 20 saves.
