The Annville-Cleona softball team got away with one on Monday.

No doubt the Little Dutchmen were smiling about it all the way home.

A-C remained unbeaten in the early going on Monday, overcoming five errors and a 2-0 deficit after five innings to upend Section Four arch nemesis Pequea Valley, 7-3, in Kinzers.

Now 5-0 overall and 4-0 in the section, A-C erupted for all seven of its runs in the sixth with the help of home runs from Morgan Zimmerman and Emma Lerchen, who combined to drive in five of the seven runs.

ELCO 12, COCALICO 5 >> In Myerstown, the Raiders pounded out 14 hits en route to evening their overall and Section Three marks at 2-2.

Claire Shaak and Vern Reinhart each collected three hits, and Shaak drove in four as the Raiders opened up a 9-0 lead after four innings and never looked back.

PENN MANOR 6, CEDAR CREST 1 >> In South Lebanon, the Falcons endured a nightmarish outing in the field, kicking the ball around to the tune of six errors while dropping to 1-3.

Maddie Gable pitched well in defeat for Crest, scattering five hits in a complete game effort.

SOLANCO 21, LEBANON 6 >> In Quarryville, the Cedars and Golden Mares combined for 27 runs, five hits and a staggering 32 walks in a bizarre Section Two encounter.

Lebanon (1-4) scored all six of its runs in the second to open up a 6-2 lead, only to see Solanco answer back with 10 of its own in the bottom half of the frame.

DONEGAL 8, NORTHERN LEBANON 0 >> In Fredericksburg, the Vikings were no-hit by Donegal's Makayla Yoder and fell to 2-3 overall and 2-2 in Section Three.

Meanwhile, the Indians collected 11 hits, including a pair of doubles.

LANCASTER CATHOLIC 14, LEBANON CATHOLIC 0 (5 INNINGS) >> On Assumption Hill, the Beavers remained scoreless for the season but did manage five hits in their latest setback.
