Camp Hill posts 54-34 win over A-C


CAMP HILL - Camp Hill rolled to a 34-6 lead at halftime and eventually emerged with a 54-34 non-league football victory over Annville-Cleona at Seibert Park on Friday night.

The Lions (2-1) scored eight touchdowns, all on the ground - four by Billy Williams and four more by Quinn Buffington, whose four scoring runs totaled 100 yards.

For the Little Dutchmen (1-2), quarterback Noah Myers threw one touchdown pass of 36 yards to Matt Erickson, and hit on 5 of 9 attempts for 73 yards. Kicker Anthony Frattarole was good on four of his five extra points.

Annville-Cleona rolled up 266 yards on the ground, but lost three fumbles. Dylan Bomgardner had 14 carries for 113 yards and two touchdowns, Caleb Turner had 16 runs for 61 yards and a pair of TDs and Myers ran 10 times for 60 yards.

A-C scored 14 points in the third quarter and another two TDs in the fourth.
