Game of the Day

Cedar Crest boys swimming 108, Lampeter-Strasburg 54

The Falcons were led by a huge day from Josh Wildonger. More on his success below. Eli Gryboski also led Cedar Crest, winning the 100 breast stroke in 1:06.54, while Matthew Moffitt took the 200 IM in 2:12.02. Gabriel Dedrick won the 50 free in 23.44, followed by Elliot Knapp winning the 100 butterfly in 1:03.56. 

Players of the Day 

Josh Wildonger, Cedar Crest boys swimming

Wildonger led the Falcons in their 54-point win over L-S with two wins in the 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle. Wildonger took the 200 free in 1:59.67, while winning the 500 free in 5:27.53. 

Camryn Vila, Cedar Crest girls swimming

Vila led the Lady Falcons in their thumping over L-S with two wins as well. Vila took the 200 IM in 2:29.70, while winning the 100 Butterfly in 1:09.92. 

Boys Basketball

Palmyra 54, Cedar Cliff 38

Gloucester County Christian 72, Lebanon Christian Academy 48

Lebanon Christian put itself in a hole after being outscored by 10 in the second and third quarters. Brock Monk did all he could to keep his team in it, finishing with a game-high 25 points. 

Girls Basketball

Lebanon Christian Academy 27, Gloucester County Christian 22

A 9-4 first quarter helped keep Lebanon Christian maintain its lead at arms length, and was able to hang on despite getting outscored 10-8 in the fourth quarter.  Rachael Beiler led Lebanon Christian with a game-high 12 points. 

Wrestling

Annville-Cleona 39, Pequea Valley 28

Tyler Speraw led the Dutchmen with a 9-2 decision over the Braves' Connor Walsh at 145. 

Lampeter-Strasburg 63, Cedar Crest 9

Eight Falcons forfeits propelled L-S to the win. Cedar Crest's lone pair of wins came from Ross Fisher and Chris Byler. Fisher pinned the Pioneers' Owen Hess in 4:32 at 285, while Byler defeated L-S's Collin Guilder 6-4 at 126.

Northern Lebanon 81, Lancaster Catholic 0
 

In addition to three forfeits, the Vikings were led by Colin Leonard, who had a fall in 0:28 over the Crusaders' Carlos Nazario at 126, as well as Steve Herb, who earned the win at 152 with a fall of Lancaster Catholic's Malcalm Lawrence in 0:29. 

Girls Swimming

Cedar Crest 112, Lampeter-Strasburg 58

Besides Vila's big day, the Lady Falcons were led by Megan and Krysta Weik, winning the 100 freestyle and 500 freestyle, respectively. Megan Weik took the 100 free in 59.54, while Krysta Weik won the 500 free in 5:41.66.
