DIVING: Cover places 2nd at Cumberland Valley

NEW KINGSTOWN - Chambersburg's Nick Cover placed second at the Cumberland Valley Diving Invitational on Saturday.

Cover racked up 468.20 points to claim the silver medal.

"There were a lot of divers in today's events that will represent their schools going into districts and states," Chambersburg co-coach Gabby Snider said. "Nick did a great job and stayed focused on his dives."

Jake Hendrick, of Hershey, took first place with 510 points, and Big Spring's Dillon Novak rounded out the top three by scoring 408.5 points.
