CADE BENDER, Greencastle-Antrim baseball: Bender had four RBIs in the Blue Devils' 6-4 win over Shippensburg and earned a win on the mound over James Buchanan, striking out four in his five-inning appearance.

SADIE BLAND, Shalom Christian girls soccer: Bland was the overtime hero in 2-1 win over Cumberland Valley Christian. She scored the team's opening goal, and again over eight minutes into the overtime period for the Flames' golden goal.

CODY GUSTAFSON, Shippensburg track & field: Gustafson was a two-time individual winner against Boiling Springs, and also anchored the winning 4x100 relay, which won by a tenth of a second.

BAILEY LEEDY, Chambersburg baseball: Leedy played hero in Chambersburg's first Mid Penn Commonwealth Division win in an extra-inning battle with Carlisle on Wednesday. He hit a walkoff single to score Devin Carbaugh for the game-winning RBI.

DORI LOUKOPOLOUS, Chambersburg softball: Loukopolous crushed a grand slam in a 14-4 trouncing of Mid Penn Commonwealth Division foe Carlisle.

MADDIE MILLER, Shippensburg softball: Miller hit a grand slam and was 2-for-3 in a big Mid Penn Colonial Division win over Greencastle-Antrim.

JENNA MONGOLD, James Buchanan softball: Mongold struck out 12 batters in the Rockets' 9-1 win over Red Land in a delayed season opener. She gave up six hits and a walk in the win.

LAKEN MYERS, Chambersburg softball: Myers threw her first no-hitter in a 6-0 win over Greencastle-Antrim, striking out nine batters along the way.

JENNA POWELL, Waynesboro softball: Powell powered a three-run home run in a big seventh inning to take down Carlisle in a non-league game.

OLIVIA REMENICK, Greencastle-Antrim softball: Remenick allowed just two hits and struck out 10 in her debut in the circle for Greencastle-Antrim. Her efforts aided the Blue Devils to a 2-0 shutout Mid Penn Colonial Division win over James Buchanan.

ETHAN STOUFFER, Shippensburg baseball: Although he appeared in only the final two innings against Greencastle-Antrim, Stouffer struck out four batters and threw 21 strikes in 30 pitches.

KYLEIGH TEAL, Cumberland Valley Christian girls soccer: Teal netted a pair of goals in a 5-3 MDCC victory over Heritage Academy.

CLAY WOLFE, Waynesboro baseball: Wolfe allowed just three hits through six innings of work against Carlisle in a 5-4 win over the Thundering Herd.

TIM WRIGHT, Southern Fulton track & field: Wright broke the SF school record in the javelin with a heave of 183-3.5 in a double-dual meet with Juniata Valley and Bellwood-Antis.
