The Chambersburg boys lacrosse team overcame a three-goal deficit in the fourth quarter, but ultimately fell in overtime to Mechanicsburg 15-14 in a Mid Penn Commonwealth Division loss.
The Trojans could not contain Mechanicsburg's Alec Martin, who scored six goals and had two assists in the game. Chambersburg's Riley Ocker led the Trojans on the attack with four goals and two assists. Brandin Cosey had four goals.
Chambersburg (1-3, 1-3 MPC) edged the Wildcats in shots 48-40. Jarrett Secrist had 11 saves in the cage for Chambersburg.
