JORDYN AMSLEY, Chambersburg field hockey: Amsley tallied the only goal in a 1-0 victory over Boiling Springs, and found the back of the cage late in a 4-2 loss to Cumberland Valley.

BRADY BECKNER, Waynesboro football: Beckner rushed for nearly half of the Indians’ total offense Friday in a 38-12 victory over Gettysburg, moving 157 yards down the field on 13 carriers.

ELI BLACK, Cumberland Valley Christian boys soccer: Black racked up 15 saves for the Blazers on the way to registering the team’s first shutout of the year, a 4-0 win over Heritage.

DEMETRIUS BURTON, Greencastle-Antrim football: After returning from a one-game absence, Burton rushed for 103 yards on 16 carries, and also had 25 yards receiving. He scored two of Greencastle’s three touchdowns.

LAUREN CHING, Chambersburg girls volleyball: Ching was named to the Linganore (Md.) All-Tournament team after producing nine aces, 15 kills, 113 assists, five blocks and 38 digs.

SOPHIA DIVONE, Mercersburg Academy cross country: Divone placed second during the Mercersburg Academy Invitational, crossing the finish line in 20:23.

McKENZIE GELVIN, Forbes Road field hockey: Gelvin broke a 26-year old school record Tuesday, scoring eight goals in a 13-0 shutout over Huntingdon.

IZZY KEEFER, McConnellsburg girls soccer: Keefer scored the game-winning goal in double overtime over Mercersburg Academy with just over a minute remaining in the final OT. She also had an assist.

JOSH KLINE, Greencastle-Antrim boys soccer: Kline scored the game-winning goal over Shippensburg in the final five minutes of regulation on a penalty kick to lock in a 2-1 Mid Penn Colonial victory.

CAM McCRAY, Southern Fulton boys soccer: McCray netted back-to-back goals in a 4-2 Sideling Hill League victory over Chestnut Ridge, and also tallied an assist.

MIKELL McGEE, Fannett-Metal boys soccer: McGee exploded on the field, scoring eight of the Tigers’ 10 goals, seven of which were unassisted, and assisting on the other two goals.

SAM ORSENO, Shippensburg boys soccer: With the game on the line, Orseno scored in the 73rd minute to tie the Greyhounds with Greencastle-Antrim in a tight Mid Penn Colonial battle.

JACKSON PARK, Cumberland Valley Christian boys soccer: Park tallied a pair of goals in a MDCC victory over Heritage.

TYANA QUIVERS, James Buchanan girls volleyball: Quivers was locked in behind the service line, smacking 14 aces for the Rockets in a 3-0 sweep of Steel-High.

AARON SCHEPIS, Forbes Road boys soccer: Schepis had a major hand in the Cardinals' first win of the season with an assist on the go-ahead goal, but added a goal of his own in the final minutes of a 3-1 win over Northern Bedford.

MADISON SHERRILL, Greencastle-Antrim girls soccer: Sherrill netted a pair of goals, including the game-winner in a double overtime win over Susquehanna Twp. She also had an assist in the game.

ALEC TRUETT, James Buchanan boys soccer: Truett netted a hat trick in the Rockets' 5-1 defeat of Littlestown.

CHASE VARNER, Southern Fulton boys soccer: Varner scored a hat trick and added three assists in the Indians’ 9-1 victory over Salisbury.

CARTER VAN SCYOC, Shippensburg football: Van Scyoc threw for more than 300 yards Friday, making up nearly half of the Greyhounds' receiving yards so far this season. He went 15-for-27 in the narrow win over Bermudian Springs.
