MERCERSBURG 414, KISKI 431 >> Mercersburg Academy remains undefeated after defeating Kiski on Saturday in a non-league match at Whitetail.

The Blue Storm (5-0) were led by Ross Brown, who carded a 76 to win medalist honors over Kiski's No. 1, Mark Goetz, who posted a 79.

Right behind the two front runners were Mercersburg co-captains Rolland Morris and Ruichi Zho with an 81 and 82, respectively.

"As it sometimes happens at Whitetail, the course won today and both teams were well above their seasonal averages," Blue Storm coach Doug Smith said. "But to have five players post sub-90 rounds in these conditions illustrates the depth of our squad."

Mitchell Smith finished with an 86, and Joseph Bucci turned in an 89.
