GIRLS TENNIS: Monday's roundup


CARLISLE 5, CHAMBERSBURG 0 >> Chambersburg's girls tennis team had a rough time of things on Monday against Mid Penn Commonwealth Division foe Carlisle.

The Trojans (1-5, 1-2 MPC) failed to win any sets on the day. Paige Sideras had the strongest match at No. 3 singles, losing the first set 6-2 before battling in the second set – a 7-5 defeat.

The No. 1 doubles team of Kara Wiley and Emma Guare also put up a good fight but fell 6-3, 6-4.
