GIRLS SOCCER: Tuesday's roundup

SHALOM CHRISTIAN 3, SHENANDOAH VALLEY 0 >> Tori Yoder did all the offensive work for Shalom Christian, which earned a non-league shutout of Shenandoah Valley to remain undefeated.

Yoder scored a pair of unassisted goals in the first half, then capped off a hat trick in the second. Kendall White was credited with an assist.

"We started slow and were very fortunate to be up 2-0 at halftime," Flames coach Pete Holdaway said. "Mackenzie Maun played an excellent game in goal and kept us in the game in the first half with several nice saves. Tori had a great game up front for us. Shenandoah played very aggressively and controlled most of the first half, but we stepped up to match them in the second half."

Maun finished with 10 saves to preserve the shutout for Shalom (6-0).
