CROSS COUNTRY: Saturday's roundup

MERCERSBURG >> Mercersburg Academy competed in the Third Battle Invitational in Winchester, Va. on Saturday with every Mercersburg competitor running a personal best.

Johanna Steinhage and Ryan Geitner improved their times by nearly two minutes in the varsity section, while the top seven girls finished in under 23:30. Sydney Hirokawa was first for the Blue Storm with a time of 21:57.

Geitner also finished at 21:75 with Anna Mele rounding up the top three Mercersburg finishers with the time of 22:54.
